Update

So first and foremost, there's a new cartoon coming by the end of the month! It's a fun little short one, but it's far from the only thing I'm working on. I've got some stuff in store that will make longtime fans of the channel very happy! (Spoilers Ahead. It's Spoilers Ahead.)

As a completely SEPARATE note, E3 is coming up. There WILL be an E3 special like I do every year, and it WILL be, officially, Pregame Discharge. Is it a oneoff? Is it a new beginning? It kinda depends on the reception it gets honestly. But I've gotten the go ahead to continue the show on my own if I choose to!

Before I get too far into inside baseball stuff, I'd like to thank you all for watching and supporting the things we make! (Also, if you're new here, hi!) We're back up to 1000 per video which is SUPER helpful for paying animators what they deserve and not going broke in the process!

The Passion of the Cringe is doing extremely well, as did Australian Diplomacy (before it got demonetized :/ ) They've both had this weird pattern where they blow up in views about a week after release. YouTube must have changed something in the algorithm that allows videos like this to snowball somehow (might have something to do with viewer retention, I have no clue.) In any case, it's been REALLY good for the channel, which allows me to make a lot more content!

I'll be back to making Sounds Goodish videos soon! The channel is still not partnered so I'm going to put a little Pregame Discharge style bump for it on Wrath Club when I post the next one. (It's a totally new video though, not the same as the Welcome to Sounds Goodish vid, so you might get a couple chuckles out of it) If you're a fan of that channel, sorry I've been so slow on it. I said it wouldn't interfere with Wrath Club videos and damn it I meant it but that means finishing Wrath Club stuff takes priority. When it's partnered though I'll be able to devote a bit more time to it.

I'm still kinda figuring out what the hell to do with the Lyle Rath channel. The thing that bothers me about it is that if you find me through twitter or, god forbid professionally, and look me up that's the channel that comes up and it's like... the worst one (it used to be called Lyle Sucks because it was my dumping channel, but then I changed the main channel name to Wrath Club and it was a whole thing.) I've kicked around some ideas. I think what I'm leaning towards is just redoing the shit out of the channel page to showcase my main work, but if you subscribe to it, it's kind of like an extension to my twitter or something, I'll post on the community tab any time I put a video on the other channels, kinda upload the scraps of whatever doesn't fit on those, business as usual etc. Maybe make a new intro video for it when I've got the time. I dunno.

I also have 3 Tiktok accounts that I've never used! That's right! @LyleRath @WrathClub AND @SoundsGoodish on tiktok are ALL me, DOING NOTHING! I'm going to try putting my cartoons on the Wrath Club one. Might be a better place than youtube for short content, who knows! I also have a couple Sounds Goodish vids I'm working on that can be easily split up into multiple tiktok vids. I might even post some a little bit early... When I do start posting things there, help me out! Give me a like or something!

If you've made it all the way here, you must really like reading. There are these things called books you might dig, but I don't write those. I don't know much about 'em. But I appreciate ya.
