Quickly Marvin had taken his last bite of toast and scoffed it down, he didn’t wan’t to dawdle and risk his Aunt intervening and feeding him herself. He had been under the supervision of her this whole time, she kept focus on him so intently like a mother bear watching over her cubs. Little did he realise that this whole time she was contemplating wether or not to go through with her plan. Perhaps it was a little harsh she pondered, but it wasn’t like he hadn’t shown time and time again since he arrived that this is what he deserved. Finally as soon as Marvin had finished his plate she had made up her mind.
She hurriedly whisked away his plate over to the sink in the kitchen and retrieved her hand bag from the counter.
“Jill are you ready.” She called out to her daughter.
“Coming mom.” The reply echoed followed by footsteps as Jill made her entrance into the kitchen.
Jill looked past her into the dining room to see Marvin still seated in his shirt and pull ups.
“Can you get him some shoes and socks on.” Mildred asked.
Jill grinned ear to ear, no pant’s she thought. Finally she could introduce her baby cousin to the world, she only hoped they would run into someone she knew so they could spread the rumour, she might not even need to resort to using the growing library of photos she had taken on her phone.
“Sure mum, I’ll help get the baby ready.” Jill stopped suddenly.
It was a slip of the tongue, shit….. she thought to herself, cursing inwardly. She had done so perfectly up until this point, not to humiliate or say anything too condescending to Marvin or about him in front of her. She was worried how she would react to it, slowly she turned her head to face her mother, assuming the worst but not knowing what that might be.
“Thank you dear.” She replied with a coy smile.
It was all that Jill needed, a simple statement but it had a powerful message. Her mother agreed with her, it didn’t need to be said out loud but she obviously felt the same way. Marvin was basically a baby or at best a toddler, she had elevated herself above the pecking order. Even in her mothers eyes now she was the more mature one, she wasn’t the one seated at the dining table in a pull up waiting to have her shoes and socks put on.
Jill didn’t dawdle, she quickly retrieved a pair of socks from Marvins underwear drawer, smirking at the pull ups which had been stacked so meticulously where his boxers and underpants should have been. There would be no more chances for Marvin now, his best and only hope was that he would be kept in pull ups and not further demoted into diapers. She wondered if there was a step below diapers, maybe cloth ones, extra fluffy and thick with a diaper cover over the top. There would be no hiding that bulge, even in a thick diaper it would stand out, but with cloth ones you wouldn’t even be able to fit pants over them. She thought how amazing that sight would be, her cousin toddling around in his extra thick diapers, the days were beginning to get warmer, she was sure he would be much more comfortable just dressed in those.
With a look of unmeasurable pleasure and an almost sadistic grin plastered across her face, Jill approached Marvin with eager anticipation. He turned towards her eyes searching and scanning for a pair of pants or shorts anything to cover his pull ups. But he could only see the shoes and socks and that evil monstrous smirk his cousin had as she approached him. If the rest of his stay was anything to go by he knew how this was going to work out for him, he had begun to assume the worst at this point anything above that would be a kindness. He looked for a silver lining, at least he was wearing a shirt and his wet pull up had yet to be discovered. He meekly obliged as Jill began pulling the socks over his feet and offered her his foot. Also, he wondered it wasn’t like he would run into anyone he knew here and It was a smaller town still early in the morning. His Aunt had only mentioned they were going out, maybe it wasn’t going to be to a public place or perhaps he would be left in the car.
Hope had been harder and harder to come by at this point for Marvin, by now he was very pessimistic of anything. He looked down and felt Jill pulling his laces tight on his shoes, his eyes met with her cleavage as he gazed down and he quickly averted his eyes. She was his cousin and he felt very uncomfortable thinking of his cousin that way, she was basically a glorified babysitter at him by this point anyway, but it reminded him of his state of dress and he opted to be very careful not to have anything excite him while they were out. Yes they had both referred to him as small, but he wasn’t sure if the tight pull up would leave anything to the imagination if a pretty girl gave him any attention while they were out.
His chain of thought was broken as Jill took his hand and led him out behind their Aunt as she locked up the house behind him. He scanned the road, it was a quiet street but it still looked deserted maybe this boded well for him. But then again it was hard to look for any positives with his pull ups on display as he stood outside in broad day light. Continuing his good behaviour he let Jill put him in the backseat and pull the seat belt across him.
“Maybe we should get him a car seat mum, you know just to be on the safe side.” She said as she buckled him in.
“Hmmm, it’s not a bad idea, maybe we’ll go have a look after we drop Marvin off.”
Jill smiled forebodingly at Marvin.
“Where are you taking me?” He asked his Aunt in a very shaky voice.
“I’m going to drop you off at the daycare, don’t worry I’m sure you will fit right in.”
