Little Wheezy has a different attitude than Little Dice, and his caretaker Porkrind is a bit more no nonsense. Porkrind believes in hard work and is a bit more strict, and since Wheezy has gone his whole life trying to take the easy way out, there is certainly going to be come conflicts.
