yet another flash to my teen years...the 3rd panel is something i used to draw quite frequently, I used to love to draw messy rooms, and I would draw super detailed pictures of messy rooms, trying to see just how much I could cram into one picture....and there was always a parent looking on with disapproval in my pictures as well.

Yes...Elder Kettle is certainly fair and never punishes him in anger...even if he is frustrated by the mess and all the ruined bottles in the bathroom. Little Dice's trust is more important.

2018-07-16 22:01:42 +0000 UTCYes, Elder Kettle is trying very hard to be patient with little Dice....he knows he has been through a lot and wants to make sure he has time to process a healthy punishment and tries to not jerk him around. A time out is a good way for Little Dice to have time to reflect and for there to be conversation between the two.
