I love emulating the old black and white cartoons...but here is the colored version at the bottom!

Yes!...it seems...EVERYONE is there ;) this was so fun to draw....I love drawing old fashioned halloween parties...I have been watching the old betty Boop halloween cartoons for inspiration.
