I'm very interested in Marduk as a character and I really hope he turns out to be more morally grey than anything else. I anticipate his goals to be more complicated and nuanced than what they currently seem to be.

I'm honestly worried that Marduk is going to force them to stay there. He didn't seem happy when they talked about leaving, and with the way he can use the obelisks... Well, they only react when he deems something a threat. What's stopping him from deciding that the Asmundr pack leaving is a threat in itself? Love this story, and I'm excited to see what happens from here ❤️

The grass only looks to be about shoulder-height and the other side has a slight slope. And if you zoom in on panel 5, based on her expression, I think she can seem them.

I feel like Marduk has killed father or someone important as someone said in previous comments, and I hate how he said they should be bowing to him, like I want to punch him in the face for saying that, so I can understand how Kainan feeling. I would hear what he has to say, maybe get Rhov and Feaf follow after them new dogs and cats to hear their side of things, and explain they didn't know Marduk had killed someone. And possibly exile Marduk from my pack for showing these type of colours, and hopefully move the rest of the pack to Ronja's tribe.

While Marduk is no angel clearly neither is Father. I think both Father and Marduk are...bad in their own way. I kind of hope one day the others will acknowledge this about Father and that there is no shame in some of the second generation not trusting him/feeling he abandoned them which I like to see. Simply following a God who made too many mistakes in the first comic and the beginning of the second one isn't good. God's aren't perfect either but Father made too many mistakes/bad choices that didn't pan well for Kainan and his family. Even if they're alive in the end the trauma and hardship they endured they shouldn't have gone through. Quite honestly, it feels as if both the green and blue aliens see these dogs, cats, and other animals as playthings to study and experiment on as they're creating new species and birthing more aki's then just dropping them on a planet to watch and see what they'll do. None of them seem to have their best interest at heart even when they appear to do, they don't.

Won’t be surprised if Marduk turns out to be the true villain from Home.

Do they see the lions past the grass or is it too long cause dang imagine Zahara seeing them? She was already excited to see Feaf but if those are other Zioqa (or a variant of Zioqa) she will feel so much more connected to Aedra than before!

so... unless if i'm recalling incorrectly. didn't father become quite silent during the time before jahla threw her necklace away? and the glowy dudes called marduk a murderer. did he kill father and is this his way of taking his place? were they serving as some sort of bounty hunters for him? he clearly killed someone very important and these glowy dogs are likely connected to the gods as the aki's are. something tells me that father isn't alive anymore... or is very injured at the very least.
