I'm holding out hope Thakir is the all powerful. Especially considering the next page now. Grrrr! I have so much hate and sadness right now. But I feel Thakir was a mutation maybe? or something that can cope or even over power this murderer.

2024-11-13 19:19:36 +0000 UTCSo here is my wild guess, based on my old theory : Thakir either is a god reincarnation or demi-god. Based on his priest status, the triangle on his chest, the crest and the fact that "Thakir" is very close to "Thakur", which is the name/class of Gods in Hinduism, as well as a god itself, linked to the Sun Gods (Utu). I am fairly convinced he can take over the Obelisk's control, somehow / be immune to its powers. In the previous pages, he was clearly starting to sprint after Jahla/RomΓ©, and based on how he's been sidelined after the crest event, i think he's about to have his moment. Secondary, i think Aergeirr will go try to get Rhogir, as he knows the way and Avanti might clue him on why Jahla just rushed off (aka : marduk is the cause for everything). Such revelation and opportunity for revenge /saving the pack&Jahla would be a very hard frustrating moment of "decision making" for Rhogir : be the wolf of war and face Marduk, or cower on the island with the knowledge of what is happening.

2024-11-07 00:56:31 +0000 UTCHmmβ¦ maybe it was just me, but it kinda looked like Thakir wanted to follow Jahla when they were all watching her run off after she learned the truth about Marduk; so maybe heβll show up and be able to do something to save them, maybe there will even be something related to that βgod-likeβ neck crest that he has (we never found out what the deal was with that, after all)? It could be that he has some sort of secret power thatβs related to that glowing crest, and that power just may be the key to stopping Marduk, even if only enough to be able to save these guysβ¦ just a theory. π€
