Why is this video taking so long?
Added 2017-04-01 23:49:22 +0000 UTCHi, I feel like I should post something here since people will probably (reasonably) be concerned given the long gap between my Patreon announcement video and the next review, so this will be a quick little update/explanation.
The #1 reason that this review is taking so long to come out is very simple: it is the most ambitious video I have ever tried to make for a number of reasons. The first reason is that it's the first time I have ever tried to review 2 games at once, and I made the choice that I didn't want to sacrifice how comprehensive my reviews are to fit them into a typical review "time slot," so to speak. It's going to be a 20+ minute long video, which puts it as by far my longest review, and I'm both very excited and very nervous about it.
The second major reason that the review is taking so long is that it unfortunately happened to be interrupted by a trip out of town that I had planned months ago, and while I was able to get a bit of writing done while I was out of town it definitely slowed my process down a lot.
The third reason... Well it's sort of a surprise for the video, but I think you'll know what I'm talking about when you see it.
I am busting ass trying to get this video done, and I am so so so sorry that it's taking me so long. If you rescind your donation because you don't feel like it's being used wisely, I understand. If not, thank you so much. I'm trying not to be a pandering sack of shit while writing this, but it's really hard not to give an extremely gay thank you to everyone who's supporting me on here.
Anyways, new review is coming out and will probably either be my best video yet or the trainwreck that derails my channel, either way it's something to look forward to!
