Progress Update 6-19-19
Added 2019-06-20 02:44:28 +0000 UTCSorry this is a few days late! I have no excuses for this one, my brain just died and I thought I'd posted an update already for some reason.
That said, this has been a great week for video production. I've been knuckling down and focusing on big moments in the writing as well as making a bunch of dumb visual gag assets (as well as communicating with an artist on one of the final pieces of The Asset™, which will hopefully finally be completed this weekend). The week prior to this was E3, so I've been grinding to make up for the time lost on work while I was watching the press conferences and everything.
I should know better than to promise this sort of thing by now but if this pace keeps up I'll be able to finish the script by the end of this month and then crush the editing in a couple of weeks to (hopefully) get the video out around mid-July. I really think it's possible, I'm trying my hardest to get this shit finished at a standard I'll be happy with. Getting everything I want to say compressed properly so as not to waste time or drag is tricky, but I think it's going to be worth it in the long run. I don't think I've ever been more excited to release a video than I am with this one, I'm really fucking proud of what I've got so far and I hope y'all love it too.
Organizing files and doing some extremely rough clip organization on the timeline while I work/try to think about the writing as well to make the editing process as smooth as possible, I want y'all to see what I've been working on so long.
