I had to keep reminding myself that we only saw the high score each song, and had no clue about how the other judges scored each performance. I think the first team's scores were very close.

I do think that Drowning teams score might have been influenced by the fact that they performed first, which left the judges with no baseline to compare to. However, a score of 90 still felt too low given how strong their performance was. Like.. the song itself was challenging, yet their vocal harmonies were exceptional, and the emotion they conveyed seemed so..raw? the pain, the sorrow, it really hit you. But aside from that I also think the judges werenβt comparing the teams fairly. It seemed like they were judging each team on their own, rather than comparing their singing skills against one another. (But idk maybe itβs just me) :/ SRRY FOR GOING ON A RANT!!
