Decryption password for the original version: nakmunz4r (check my X/twitter account for more info on that) The unfortunate patient this time is an office worker transferred from abroad, employed at a large company. She's usually working extemely late hours in order to coordinate with overseas clients. This evening is no different, however due to some bad luck and an undiagnosed heart condition, the calmness of that almost empty office that late in the day could turn into a death sentence for her. Let's just hope someone happens to discover her in time even so.

2024-12-07 14:39:29 +0000 UTCThank you. It was a combination of her time in cardiac arrest and her bad health condition. Maybe it would have had a different outcome if proper CPR was started earlier, or maybe she could have still come back if her heart wasn't sick already. She had undiagnosed coronary artery disease that deteriorated and casued a heart attack. Also, you can see that the CPR her office colleague did was quite bad with the hand placement too much to the top side of her chest, so that didn't help as much either as it could have.
