Gunwild: Man, I'd like to jump on a bed.

Psu: In my experience, hotel beds aren't very bouncy. But I tend to get either very firm which I like or very soft which I don't like. Not a lot in between. Man, I kinda wanna go traveling again. I haven't been outside for a while.

Gunwild: I feel bad that we wrote her no-selling the gratitude of that hotel worker, but it's what she'd do!

Psu: Not when there's work to do at least. No time for pleasantries! Her own destiny awaits. She had a whole spiel about it. Like she's thinking too much about other stuff to not notice what's passing her by!

Gunwild: Yeah like that killer water feature, that would be worth stopping to admire! Also, sad, leaving that nice bikini behind... where she's going, she won't NEED beach fun!

Psu: You think she even slept in that bed once?

Gunwild: I hope this wasn't the first day of her vacation, and after Cassiopeia Quinn herself went out of her way to avoid spoiling it...

Psu: We sorta did give her a hard time. She didn't fail to have a vacation for a lack of trying. People just keep getting in the way! Of her zoconuts.

Gunwild: I personally find it, oh, let's say extravagant and florid and embellished... but she's definitely the kind of person who'd use the word "forbearance" in her journal.

Psu: And I might even look at a dictionary to find out what exactly that word means.

Gunwild: merriam-webster.com is pretty good.

Psu: Anyway, speaking of the text, if I could go back to this I would probably try to find a different hand writing font. But using a good handwriting typeface for a comic book is actually really hard. Most of them, I think, don't read very well especially on a comic that uploads at a fairly low resolution. And god help anyone reading this on a phone. But I tend to buy fonts and getting a new handwriting font just for one page is kinda pricey...

Gunwild: That's true. I guess you gotta find one that could potentially work for different characters across different projects to get your money's worth!

Psu: Or the worst option. Hand writing it yourself. I used to hand write my comic dialog. Doing that digitally is almost a recipe for destroying your wrist.

Gunwild: How come?

Psu: Oh, could just be me but part of it is that to get a good line digitally you usually use a little more force than you would on a piece of paper. So think of all the lines you need while you're writing and multiply that.

Gunwild: Sounds like too much work, I'd just bottle up my feelings instead of expressing them.

Nooooope. My pencil handwriting is atrocious - Psu

For hand written lettering, could you write the dialogue on paper then scan that in?

ScarySerum

Man, I totally misinterpreted what was happening with the 'Thank You' note. I'd always thought Feti was being exceedingly polite by leaving a 'thank you for your hospitality' note for the staff. Paints her character in a WAY different light!

Awesome stuff!
