2025-01-16 05:49:38 +0000 UTCYou could make the leg pose more dynamic by creating a figure four pose; take one knee and pull it up towards the side, hook the foot into the other knee and bend the other foot upwards. That shifts the body to one side, and from there allows you to shift the torso weight onto one arm to free up the other without losing your back arch.
