The beach was warm, their voice was echoing in your head, making your feel so sleepy, so relaxed. The sand against your back felt like the comfiest mattress, helping ease you into relaxation as the smell of the sea air filled your nose, the soft lapping of waves in your ears.
It was so easy to relax on this beach, just you, no one else. You were dropping deeper into peaceful relaxation as you watch a cloud drift across your vision. Seeing it slowly evaporate against the sun, piece by piece, bit by bit. Just like your mind.
And as it drifted, and evaporated, you had fewer thoughts. Less energy to think. Just drifting. And as the cloud finally disappeared, so too did you mind, deeper. Leaving the beach behind and sinking ever further into trance.
