Your partner had got a new toy to play with. A custom built orrery, a way to watch all of the planets and some of their moons dance around one another. And with it, they could control the speed of the orbits. They had been playing with it for a while, when they noticed you watching.
And then they had started to really help you focus on it. The rotations of the planets. How you could thing of each of them as a different part of yourself. Submission, arousal, obedience, relaxation, how much you were thinking, all entwined and represented in the orrery.
Dancing around one another, but separate. They made up all of you, and they danced and swirled around in such pretty patterns, you couldn’t take your eyes off of them, even as their words flowed through your mind. Your mind which was slowing as the rotation slowed.
They also noted, that if you could get all of these parts of you to agree, and sync up with one another, that you’d probably feel so much better. That if your arousal and your obedience would get along, maybe you’d feel better with both of them.
And by now your mind had been spun into spirals by the turning of the moons around the planets, and as the rotations went slower, your mind went slower, until finally, they stopped. And all the planets and all of the moons were in a line, of perfect order, pointing to your partner.
