It had begun as a daily ritual. Something special, to deepen your connection. Kneeling on the yoga mat, reciting your mantras as you watched the spiral on the screen. The mantras taking you deeper into trance, as the sensation of submission flowed through you.
That was how it had begun, with your hypnotist helping you to design a task that you could do daily, something for ten minutes, dedicating that time to them, and your submission to them. But that had been months ago. Back then you needed to think about when to do it.
Now? Now it was automatic. You would finish work, get home, and go up to your bedroom. You would set up everything, and then you would sink down to your knees, and into trance. You were still reinforcing your submission, your brainwashing, but now? It was automatic.
