New right-click moves!

Everything except the feather (and well, things like remove or nail polish, but that's to be excepted I suppose) now has an additional interaction that can be accessed during the normal use (so while holding the left mouse button) with a right-click.

Additionally, Noxy is now also available for Pawjobs.

Here's what each tool can now do:

Touching: Now uses a flat hand graphic for it's normal use and the previous animation for it's right-click action which is a tickle.

Licking: Updated tongue graphics & right-clicking now does a little flick that makes the toes twitch.

Brush: Right-clicking does a fast, automatic sweeping motion for maximum tickle power.

Grabbing: Does a little squeeze that makes the toes twitch.

Sucking: Tongue twirls around the toe (also works on the penis) - highly pleasuring.
