2025-02-01 00:04:24 +0000 UTCNo, I realized it happened with other videos too, I think it was quite random in my browser, probably because I have an old phone so not everything may be up to date (planned obsolescence is annoying). So it's most likely a "me" problem that won't happen to many people.

Phone, Tablet), and it works fine for me with default Chrome settings (I'm guessing my default is set to allow protected content). Is this the only video doing that for you?

2025-01-30 23:50:05 +0000 UTCOkay, I managed to find the issue and solve it. It's because I was on Chrome and the video browser needed my internet browser to accept the DRM from the vid. It didn't work on Chrome so I tried Firefox and enabling drm, I had video artifacts all over the place. Then I tried on duckduckgo, another browser, and it finally worked. So my advice is : check if your browser allows DRM from Patreon and the new video host used here, and if not try a different browser :)

I've read the "important" message and I'm using the Patreon website, not the app. I can view some videos without any issue but on this one it doesn't load and then it tells me there is an error. It says : "Type : keySystemError" and "Code : keySystemNoAccess". Just letting you know, I'll try again another time maybe it'll work !
