^ Title is a lie because nobody has ever asked me any questions. But if anyone did, it's possible these are the ones they'd ask! Or maybe not.

Q: Where does that background image come from? The one you use here, and on YT, and on your Twitter? With all the kids and the rainbow and everything?

A: It's a mural in the Denver airport called "Children of the World Dream of Peace", by the Mexican-American muralist Leo Tanguma. There are all kinds of conspiracy theories about the weird murals at the Denver airport (the one I use as a calling card is one of the less weird ones Tanguma painted in the airport). Like, supposedly they have Illuminati symbolism in them and stuff. I heard about that years and years ago, I think on Coast to Coast AM, looked up the murals, and was like "Actually, this is just good art!" It doesn't have more significance than "I like these murals" - I feel like it has Henry Darger vibes.

Q: Is this related to Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities?

A: Nope! And, amazingly, Tor's Cabinet of Curiosities has been in production for longer than del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities has. I began working on TCOC as a podcast over the summer of 2021. I'm not sure if the existence of the popular, critically acclaimed Netflix show with a very similar name will make it harder or easier to find Tor's Cabinet of Curiosities, but I hope it's the latter. You know that YouTuber "Mr. Beat"? The high school teacher from Kansas who talks about presidents? Who has actually been on YT for longer than Mr. Beast has, and Beat is his actual legal last name, but nobody had heard of him until people started mistyping Mr. Beast and he blew up? I'm hoping it's like that.

Q: I would pay for the "Jolibee the Durian's Sexual Partners" tier if it wasn't called that. I don't want to join Jolibee's harem.

A: Well, gee. Also, not a question.

Q: What crimes did Jolibee commit?

A: The judge said she wasn't sure, really, but what he did has to be illegal somehow. If it's not, the state legislature will probably intervene and criminalize it.
