You're right about it being sexist. Especially in her case as she's a conventionally attractive woman, I mean she looks like Jessica Biel! I'm not surprised she has so many devotees proclaiming her innocence, let's just hope she spends her life in prison. This also reminded me of the film Peeping Tom, the taking of the photos before the murder is very eerie.

I keep forgetting to check Patreon so I just watched Dec, Jan, Feb videos back to back. OOPS. Anyway I have seen these autopsy photos before and they're always haunting. Especially his face. Seeing bodies in this state always makes me wonder about situations where a family member has to ID someone at this level of decomp. I can't imagine.

I think this is your best video yet! Keep up the fantastic content! :)

Totally agree with you. I could TOTALLY see a roommate not notice that. And by some accounts, they weren't close, just kind of existing in the house together. So I'm sure they didn't think much of it.

Thanks for the feedback Sage! I'll keep all that in mind. for the photos, don't worry I'm not affected by it at all anymore (lol, not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing). I had seen the photos before making the video for the sake of researching the video, I just wanted to look at them "with you". I'm so desensitized literally the only thing that makes me upset is animal abuse. Thank you for caring about my mental health though!!

Overall loved the coverage for this case. I'd heard about it, but always love your perspective and attention to detail. Two pieces of feedback, however: using "psycho" as a catchall term for people who do vile things isn't entirely accurate, and can contribute to the stigma that people struggling with mental illness already deal with. Also, while I doubt this is the case here, plenty of people get convicted in court who are undeniably innocent, just as plenty of people who are clearly guilty go free, so using her conviction as more proof that she's in the wrong doesn't feel like it has much weight. Again, not saying she's innocent at all, it's super clear she did this and is a vile human being, just wanted to point those two things out for future cases. One other thing, speaking both as a counselor and a person with mental health issues: you seemed really really bothered when looking at the autopsy photos. Please make sure you're taking care of yourself while diving into these dark topics, and don't damage your own mental health for our sake. You're awesome and deserve to be well, so keep an eye on your limits and when you need to take a step back <3

The dog part is weird, but if everyone living in the house cared about the dog and just took care of it as needed (feeding, letting out to potty), it probably isn't that crazy. Also, not noticing a dead roomie, my dad had a roommate when I was a teenager, and that guy was never around. He was either locked in his room sleeping, working, or over his gf's, so he would be MIA for a week or more if my dad's work schedule fell right to not cross paths. And if this victim was out of town a lot for MLM conferences or whatever, his death could go unnoticed. It sounds like a perfect storm of not noticing anything is wrong.
