Like you said, serial killers can go months or years between killings and have a specific mo, also serial killers live relatively normal lives inbetween kills rather than just keep killing.

2022-07-05 07:52:02 +0000 UTCI'm surprised you hadn't heard about this. Admittedly, I didn't know about it until I watched American Crime Story. Ryan Murphy took a lot of liberties, obviously as it's a TV show. I would say the only thing it's good for is giving an accurate depiction of how and why the FBI didn't care to go after Andrew. The show is called The Assassination of Gianni Versace, so they really try to tie it all together in a neat little package as if this was Andrew's goal, but I truly do think as you said it was just a random spree.
