Definitely agree that there's never anything inherently sexual when it comes to children, period. And also, when a person dresses a child in outfits that are sexual signals (the heart choker, the leash, etc), that's an adult applying sexuality to a child. An excellent example would be "self-stimulation" - in the context of child development psychology, it's a normal thing that isn't done for sexual pleasure, but just because kids are learning their bodies and senses. It's as innocuous as eating ice cream because it tastes good. However, an adult forcing/prompting "self stimulation" is a totally different thing. Edit to clarify: it CAN BE as innocuous as eating ice cream. It can also be a red flag for abuse when done in excess or at inappropriate times.
