Hi all. Thank you SO MUCH for your patience. I swear every single year, without fail, June and July are SO busy for me. Every year around this time I fall further behind than usual.

Personal update for those interested: I'm doing very well, like I said just busy. Finally, the rats seem to be in a good place and they are thriving and have been bringing me so much joy. Winnie is still being a very good girl. My health has been stable and I could not be more grateful for that. I've been focusing on rest and my main goal right now is to FINALLY start dating again after about 6 years being happily on my own.

That being said, I will be on vacation next week! I'm taking the week of August 5th off, and that weekend I'm going on an annual beach trip with my core group of friends. We're doing 3 nights, 3 beach fires, lots of wine, cheese, and chocolate. Maybe tell a ghost story or two by the fire.
