The whole time "growing up" I went out of my way to avoid having to lift or move anything for fear that doing so could cause me to form visible muscles anywhere. The first week of mandatory HS freshman weight training I faked a bench press accident and injury that I then used to get my sister's sympathetic female doctor to get me permanently excused from ALL HS weight training! As a result I often had nothing to do during that time slot so frequently I would sneak home for an early lunch and cross dress. We could see the school's athletic field from our back deck and it was always such a thrill to be fully cross dressed while seeing the guys in PE getting all sweaty and worn out.
