TECH POST: Technical Help and Trouble Shooting.

This post will attempt to answer common questions people have about accessing and using the content found on our Patreon page.

Downloading and Using Files.

• Click the link for the file in the posting.
• TROUBLE: If the file does not download contact us using the information provided below sometimes the link is not working and needs to be re-upped.
• Get the password from the posting. It should be shown as a graphic and written out next to the download link.
• TROUBLE: If you do not see the password contact us using the information provided below.
• Extract the zipped archive, using the password, to access the content.
• TROUBLE: I am never asked for a password and the zip file fails to extract.
• You may not be using an application that supports passwords. Try using one of the following.
• MOBILE: 7Zipper - File Explorer (zip, 7zip, rar) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.joa.zipperplus7
• PC/MAC: 7zip https://www.7-zip.org/
• TROUBLE: Unable to unzip and I am using software that supports passwords.
• You may not have downloaded the file completely. Make sure the complete file is downloaded before you try to extract it.
• You may not have enough space for the extracted file to be stored. Remember that a zip file of 1.5 gigs will also need 1.5 gigs available when extracted. So, in total that’s 3 gigs.

Why Questions.

Many of the questions we get are “why questions”. We do not answer these as they are none of your business why we do something a certain way. Just believe us when we tell you that we have good reasons for everything we do. THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH OF A REASON FOR YOU.

Beyond that. Why questions can always lead to more why questions. Like talking to a toddler. No matter what we say the child can always follow the answer up with another “WHY?”. So we do not play those games.

Patreon Problems.

We have no control over what Patreon does. And we have almost no ability to solve any problems you have with Patreon. Due to the nature of our Artwork, we have to work with the available platforms that will allow us to create in the ways we wish. We are not 100% happy with Patreon. They have many issues, but they allow us to serve this community and create content that is helpful for beta males so please be understanding when working with them to resolve issues.

They have said they are working on improving the platform so hopefully we will see this happen as time goes on.

Billing Issues.

Yes, we know that everyone is billed on the first of the month regardless of when they joined. We have no control over this. But remember.

• You gain access to all older content for at most $40. This is a huge selection of files that are between 30 minutes and an hour long, and they can all be downloaded to be used repeatedly.
• On our sponsors site $40 will basically get you one file.
• This is not a membership site. We are artists and you contribution goes to allow us to continue creating.
• WE ARE GRATEFUL! We really are so thankful for the people who support us. We consistently work hard to ensure that the content we create is above board and highly effective. This requires a huge amount of resources and time that we need to be compensated for and we love training males with our artwork, and we hope you feel you get value for your contribution.
