It is sometimes uncomfortable and sometimes even painful but transformations continue even after a couple of months. I'd recommend the loop audio if it is difficult and after a half dozen subconscious listens I could mix in the video. The frequency that the images sweep in and out really opens up my mind to listening and the women around me appreciate that and I am starting to see how that takes away from experiencing life.
