In response to your reply - because for some reason, I can't respond directly to it - It's occurred to me that in general, a lot of your comics have been mixing and matching different themes in different amounts: who's on top, public sex, or the gymnastical sex you were mentioning that was very prevalent in RaWG and Valentine. At the end of the day, that's one of the things I like best. It's like constantly switching up a recipe; a little less of one thing, a little more of another. It may not always dramatically shake things up, but it does help make each comic its own distinct blend. I'm more than willing to accept that TSSatBC might not be as bad as I feared. I mean, in spite of the fact that the Inheritors are all cannibalistic murderers, I still enjoyed parts of that comic. But - and this is just my thing - I tend to be more twitchy about certain kinds of sexual themes. It's hard enough watching *assholes* having sex with people I like. It's why, in spite of the fact that I was intrigued by the art and suggestion at certain psychological stuff for Venereal Anthem, I had to say no. It's not a knock against you, it's just how I'm wired. :)

To a degree. What I'm trying to say was that the stories when they were first coming out were exciting because of how new they were. But, with some of your newer stuff, there a little bits and pieces of things that makes it feel like its been read in previous stuff which is always something to look out for when you're a writer. Your plot point ideas are always different and that's a good thing. But what sometimes hurts it is the flow or progress of the pages. Sometimes it feels like the sex scenes happen a little too easily. And the reactions are a little to calm, making it feel less like an actual thing that's happening to the character and more like a porn parody. Which is fine if that's the effect you're going for. For me my most favorite comics you've made is Spidercest 1 - 3 & 6 as well as Sexual Symbiosis 1. What helped make those my favorite wasn't just the sex or the characters, but their reactions, the build up, and dialogue that helped suck me into the what was happening. I hope i'm making sense.

If I get it right, you mean that this story resembles too much that one of Spidercest, is that it? I see some similarities, but I personally think there are much more differences between them than things in common.

You're right to notice the FMF trend of lately. There are a few more of those in development right now, and also a few more balanced foursomes. Although in a smaller number, there's also MFM coming soon. There will also be some more MMFMM soon, and you might be surprised to know that the latest Felicia gangbang isn't exactly what it seems in the surface. About the ambiance, I always aim for variety and we had a bunch of outdoors comics over the last months, but sometimes I ache for a comfy bed to let the characters calm down on their gymnastics and concentrate on the actual pleasure. As always, thanks for the thorough feedback.

Oh course, okay when I first got into your page I loved the idea of what the comics were about. One of the driving things behind them was how left field and crazy they were. The idea of there being stories that detailed famous comic book character sex lives was too much to resist. Your spideriest issues for instance, the first issue was really good because Peter's surprise and shock to what was happening rivaled the reader. So in a way it felt like we were along with him for the ride. No pun intended.

Akira Inugumi

Thanks! Sticking to the source material is one of my most important guides on these stories.

Tracy Scops

To be honest, I think any ending that leaves two hot girls lusting and planning about getting under some nerdy guy is a very happy ending towards him (even if it is to be seen after the story ends). I'm not sure I understood what you meant about the boot, though.

Tracy Scops

According to Gwen's last words on the comic, I don't think it will remain an exclusivity of the dreamworld for too long.

Tracy Scops

I would like you to be more specific on what you see as a formula. I'm having a hard time noticing what's formulaic about it.

Tracy Scops

I liked this comic, the art and dialogue is good. But there is something about it that's starting to feel a bit formula. And in the sex story game, that isn't a good sign.

Akira Inugumi

I totally consider that part with MJ and Gwen grinding on spidey as he web-slung throughout the city one of the greatest moment in hentai history. Kinda sad it turned into a dream.

Regless Maximus

Especially well written (re-read the story fellow Tracyversers to spot a heavy foreshadowing centering on the visual as opposed to tactile) in term of scenario. Fashion and coloring were absolutely fantastic, everyone should match eye color and nail polish. Didn't like the ending, it really needed a happy ending (to paraphrase Lee "who says we never give 'ol web-head [one]) and continuity should be damned. I'd say consider Marvel's what-if line, most start straight-forward and then allow themselves a divergence and getting a purely happy ending would have fit that theme. Also Gwen's boot, it just got forgotten about. ;)

Spooney Bard

By far my favorite comic now. Very well written and really well drawn. I'm very glad you stuck to the source material and made it all a dream. I hope to see more issues like this.

Oh, I think you can still use SHIFT+ENTER to break paragraphs. =)

Tracy Scops

Yep, there was... But they "up"graded the comments code with this current layout. I personally think it's horrible.

Tracy Scops

..in fact, didn't there used to be a Post Comment button? What happened to that? Why is it now that simple hitting return posts the comment? o.o

This is the sort of comic I come back for every month. I will say at first, though, that I wasn't sure what to say beyond that. It's exactly the sort of thing that I enjoy the most from Tracy and her artists, both in terms of the art and the vibe, but at first, it was hard to say exactly what, if anything, made it stand out. It required me to actually go back and reread, and think about it. The first thing, of course, was the way MJ and Gwen came onto him like a storm tide. When they ask each other 'do you think we came on too strong?', my immediate answer was 'no, actually, for a moment, I'm sorry you two stopped.' It actually hearkened me back to Spidercest 1, where Jess did the same thing to Peter. And while it's certainly true that in all of your works, the women are for the most part completely mature and controlled in their sexuality, it stood out for some reason in this comic. I like a woman that, in general, goes after what she wants. But then I stopped, and realized this also wasn't entirely a new thing. While most of the other comics were either ensembles (Ultimates, Inheritors, Spidercest) or one-on-ones (Spider-Gwen, Edge of Spidercest, Wetfur) Valentine was a recent trend of two women on one man. And in the case of Bygone Blues, it had a far more sweet and romantic cast to it. Here - like Mayday/Spidey 2099 and Red and White Gifts - it just straight up had two women deciding that what they wanted was to take on a man together. And like RaWG specifically, they had a plan. They were relentless, and while the femdom elements were not as heavy as RaWG, it was still incredibly exciting to watch. Then, of course, the moment was lost. Which doesn't mean the rest of the story was bad, not at all! The art was enjoyable, as were the faces, postitions, and energy. But there was something about those first few pages which were especially exciting. Maybe part of it was the taboo cast of this happening - ostensibly - in public (I especially enjoyed other people watching and getting busy in Wetfur), but I'm not sure I can explain exactly what made it stand out like it did. Anyway, this commentary is long and rambling, but let me just add that as much as I enjoy FFM, I find myself desiring more MFM, like Scarlet Spiders. Like a return to Ultimates, or perhaps the plot in Miles's book where Peter is suddenly back. Much as I enjoy watching two women have their way with a man, I feel like it's a woman's turn again to get the attention of a few men that she desires; as opposed to the various gangbangs Felica has gotten, due to my distaste for the context.
