I hope you are all having a nice week,
I've been working a lot on the final boss and the last emerald recently, and as I said I don't want to spoil much about this, but I wanted to share the mad logic I can sometime have.
You might not understand anything about these not if you never worked with Unreal Engine 5 blueprint, but it is all about logic, and sometime my head goes very messy when it comes to that haha.
So on the first 2 picture, you can see spaghetti code that actually don't work, and the last picture is the one that works well.
Now I will explain what I wanted to do, in the previous post I talk a little bit about the last emerald, I wanted to be more focused on the lore and less about another boss fight, and I wanted to make a puzzle game (my first one). But a simple puzzle game on a zombies map can break the replayability as people can just know where things are and complete the puzzle very fast. So I wanted to bring a procedurally generated puzzle, that will be regenerated everytime the map is loaded, so you actually have to search for thing :D
It should be completed for this weekend, and I hope to really make huge progress on the final zone, because once this is completed, I will start the bug hunting/polishing phase and even maybe a trailer with gameplay footage :D
