He surely could have anticipated Chad‘s inability to pay him many months or even years ago, especially as he has been the one asking for later and later trial dates. I think we have a right to know if this pulling out at the last minute Has actually always been part of his strategy. A month ago, for example, where did he think Chad was going to get the money to pay him? He’s always known he was broke. I think it is such a disservice to the public interest to have played this kind of game. Is this going to seriously damage his reputation? Or is this a strategy they use to buy clients more time?
