LS Boost OS V4 & Patch Tool Release

Full Feature Set:
- Selectable NA, 2 or 4 bar VE Table
- Boost Spark Adder
- Open Loop Boost Control
- Wideband Closed Loop Fueling
- Launch Control (Soft & Hard Limit)
- Timed Launch Spark Adder
- Flat Foot Shift
- Spark Cut Engine Speed Limiter (Soft & Hard Limit)
- Desired Air/Fuel Ratio
- Gen 4 MAF Calibration Table
- Disable MAF Fueling (Speed Density)
- Over-Boost Spark Cut
- Wideband Scaling
- Wideband Fault Delay Time
Just like V3 this OS Patch is only compatible with 12587603 files. The patch tool can apply the patch to any factory 12587603 bin file as well as upgrade V2 & V3 bin files.
To upgrade to V4 follow these steps:
1. Download Latest TunerPro Version, PCM Hammer V20, Attached DLL file, V4 XDF, and Boost OS Patcher.
Note: Ensure DLL file in TunerPro Directory "\Documents\TunerPro Files\Plugins"
2. Open Boost OS Patcher. (With bin file in the same directory)
3. Enter input file name. (e.g. "MyFile.bin")
4. Select an OS version to apply. (Recommended to Apply the Highest Version)
5. Enter the output file name. (e.g. "MyNewFile.bin")
6. Make tune changes, enable features, etc.
7. Flash tune to PCM.
PCM Hammer Version 20 is capable of flashing Boost OS, but Version 21 is not compatible. When flashing changes to the Boost OS Parameters a "Write OS, Calibration, and Boot" must be done since the new parameters are in a. Only the sections where changes were made will flash, hopefully a newer version of PCM Hammer will be able to flash just the calibration sections.

2023-10-03 13:21:51 +0000 UTCStill having some traction issues. But you can only go so far on 4 street tires. The os is doing its job and pulling the timing. I was able to get a 7psi launch without much spin. I'm doing all this in 4wd on 275 Michelin street tires lol.

2023-04-27 13:05:11 +0000 UTCAll we need now is the map based spark table and it's golden. Did a 10.4 @4700lb race weight this past weekend on a 5.3 but had a coolant pressure issue I will be addressing this weekend
