Hi Everyone!
Another busy month, but the latest release is out and I'm pretty proud of it! So it took a while to complete, exacerbated by me getting a new comp and having to set it up, re-install all programs, re-organize assets I use and troubleshoot. I spent hours yesterday just trying to install my video editor and needless to say I was SUPER frustrated. I have it all working now (except maybe my mic :( ) and I think the new comp will help with RuinWorks tasks and hopefully speed me up.
So on that, obviously I won't get another scene out by the end of August. However, I am going to provide another scene for August. I'm not going to be charging for September, but I will provide another scene by about the middle of the month. I hope that'll be ok with everyone. I'm planning on making a pirate/fishing/smuggling village? Something along those themes anyway!
On to the scene - Dragon Crypt!

Update video for non-dnd5e users: https://youtu.be/cHIDZqbuWA4
The Dragon Crypt was designed mostly as a puzzle - rotating rooms and a dragon dial allow passage only once the dragon dial has been aligned. I think it was a pretty cool concept and worked out pretty well. Definitely some ideas I'm going to expand on for the Grunvyr.
For Foundry users, the scene includes magic landings that glow and rotate passages when stepped upon, room variations, glowing orbs, rotating images that need to be aligned, a breakable pillar, sliding doors/grates even another flame trap. A journal note includes details on all of these as well as some adventure ideas.
As noted above, non-dnd5e users will need a quick fix to the scene to get it working properly. Items don't properly transcend systems, so the Crimson Orb item will need to be created in your worlds and two tiles need updating. I fix it all in about 5 min in the video - just follow along. Previously I had used Tags instead of items, but that just isn't as clean. Any feedback on this would be appreciated - whether this is too much hassle or ok for you.
Hope you all like it!
