I was floating on a tube in the local river with my bf and a friend in the hot sun and I was inspired to draw some beach babes, starting with this volleyball girl.
hl2 beta gordon head sketches + the costume concept for alyx. ive been dying to do some proper concepts for my interpretation of the hl2 beta costume for the 2 but I had to come to terms that I probably don't have time to commit to that. I think the best way to get it out of my system is to do a game pipeline of a few "blue sky" type drawings and illustrations, no model sheets or line ups of designs yet, just illustrations to sell the idea. maybe in the future ill have time to explore them further or some opportunity arrises to revisit them. that being said, I have some thumbnail drawings that really excite me to draw. same thing goes for my Portal2k costume redesigns. I got a handful of thumbs for those as well but I plan to make a riso print for this upcoming Anime NYC.
