Ender 3 Bonzai Mod | STL Files

This is my modification for the original Ender 3.

It adds linear rails to the X and Z Axis.

It makes the printer more stable and immune to the V-wheels wear and tear.

X carriage is designed to be used with Voron Hotends.

Just assembled, thanks for sharing this! Everything seems to be working, but the right side is lagging behind the left side quite a lot — do you have this issue? When I run PROBE_ACCURACY with Klipper the Z value steadily increases each time it probes, and I can visually see that the left and right sides aren’t in sync. Are there recommended materials / print settings?

You should be okay with the stock ones

Do you need to put a new pulley on the motor? I have an Ender 3 Pro, which uses press-fit pulleys everywhere.

You could add dual-z by modifying the right side of the X axis. The one with the idler. You’d need to simply add the rod and nut on that side.

Is there some option to use that mod with dual-z?
