It’s a Chicony cnfch66 laptop webcam. I’ve got a lot of them in my drawer but I don’t know where you might buy one. You can find it in old Medion/Lenovo laptops. They could have one on eBay as a spare part. I think you should also be able to use other webcams as well since those are mostly the same size.
