It has built-in controller and MPU.
This is basically all you need for SteamVR apart from display.

I'm currently making a video about it. There will be a part list soon but if you want to build it right away then that board is basically super down-sized Arduino Pro Micro and MPU board combined. If you buy those two boards then you can easily transfer the parts to my board
