The movie is basically a play so the "race blind" casting kinda makes sense.

He played Oliver Warbucks in the 1999 version of Annie! I guess you have to consider that, too! If you want to see it, though, you'll probably have to go through Amazon, as while it used to be on Disney plus, it isn't anymore.
