This whole thing is a trip and I freakin love it. That doctor needs a better bedside manner, not everything is cut and dry science. The red elevator ride looked like he was having a severe panic attack. He looks like he's being compared to his brother. The lover the millionaire went to is falling for him and looked really disappointed he left. Those big buildings were supposed to be condos or apartments, they were built but never occupied.
