Known issue for UK-based BT Broadband users

I just wanted to do a quick mini-update to let you all know that we're aware of a very specific issue which causes UK users, with BT Broadband routers, to be kicked from the app every 40 seconds. The legendary Patters has discovered the root of the issue and created the attached video, detailing how to resolve it on Windows-based machines. For Mac users, see the below link for a walkthrough on how to disable the relevant settings.
