If there are any technical or logistical issues with the package or site, try contacting the site owners. Informing me about it and demanding that I resolve the issue will accomplish absolutely nothing, as I have no control over the site โ Iโm not the owner. Also, I'm not sure how it works internationally; I'm not the type of person who orders a lot through the internet :D which is another reason not to ask me technical questions xD.
