We can’t let the things we’ve been through dictate our future. Even though they may seem completely insurmountable and devastating you have to keep moving forward! Just because life hasn’t been kind to you and has treated you with the worst of scenarios that doesn’t mean you deserve the worst going forward. You deserve love and happiness, safety and peace. When trauma has a grasp over you it’s hard to let yourself be happy in case that happiness is ripped away again but that’s not always going to be the case and you have to let go of your insecurities from the past because you deserve this! You deserve to be happy!
