Teaching/explaining to you how it can be as subtle or as loud as you want, the most important thing being what you enjoy and what makes you feel feminine.
It includes prompts or short scenarios of a couple of examples of feminine things you will feel if you allow it and how good it makes you feel. (which could be potential phantom sense) and a suggestion at the end to at least do something small, simple and free that makes you feel a bit more feminine.
It doesn't require any prior file to listen to.
