Tutorial 2: breathing and muscle tension, a file to practice getting deep

Part 2 of my tutorial series!

A file for those who have never been tranced or want to get better at noticing trance.
A simple explanation and practice file for those who want to learn to be hypnotized or go deeper when in trance, from breathing to feeling the sinking feeling by tensing up and loosening their muscles.
generally pmr(progressive muscle relaxation) in nature but not necessarily a full induction.
will have a wakener at the end just in case.

Ok so I listened to both files…. Practice 1&2 when on lunch break at work.. I figured that there was no way I would drop that hard after all it’s just breathing practice right….. Yeah I was wrong so so wrong. After the breathing practice I opened my eyes and realized my head was slouched a bit. Not much but enough to worry about file 2. When I was done with this file my head as fully down I’m very happy I wasn’t with any one on lunch. 10/10 absolutely will listen to again XD
