I don't think that option was there before Edit: Got an email from Patreon, looks like it won't be effective until 3 months later most likely. "Merch for Membership does not take into account your historical patronage. If you’re pledging monthly, you’ll become eligible to receive merch after your next 3 consecutive successful pledges. On an annual plan? Your merch will be sent 3 months from the date merch was added to your tier."
