So, the story is going to be a futanari fantasy story, and the futanari is a green orc, with tusks, and they're the dominant partner. The story will be told from a first-person POV, and the POV character is male. The male will be feminine, human, and younger than the orc. The sub-kink will be that of reluctant consent, and the POV male will be sissified.
Next question: is there any pre-existing relation between the two characters? And does the story take place in our world (with fantasy bits - like Sephalla, or Kyln), or does it take place in my main fantasy world?
(I tried to cover all options that came to mind here. "Hierarchical" in this case means that the two operate in some related fashion - think a teacher and a student, or a boss and an employee.)
(Also: all relations here are initial, which I hope is obvious!)
