December celebration!!

Hey everyone! Thank you so much for making November a really fantastic month. I had been planning a big celebration for when I hit 400k subscribers on my youtube channel, but I didn't expect to reach it until next year. With this last viral video, my channel grew super quick and we hit it a few days ago! I'm trying to get prepared so we can celebrate all December with bonus content. I want to get more blogs going as well, it feels good to share my creative side with you all, so here we go!

This photo above was taken in Utah by Eric 212 Photography in 2019. It was on a photography workshop called Utah Adventure, and it was tough! A very physically demanding job for sure (climb a mountain barefoot, stand on your toes, suck in and don't move!). It was around 5 days, with hour+ hikes to most locations (2-4 locations a day), frequently quite cold, and dealing in sunrise hours to boot. Even though it is a difficult gig on these art retreats, they are always the most rewarding. I look at these images with so much pride, strong memories and also having had the opportunity to see the world. What a treat it was to be a part of this. Dare I say, Utah is probably the most beautiful landscapes I've ever seen...

Emotionally it was different. This trip was on the heels of a breakup and my ex was moving out of the apartment while I worked in Utah. I felt like the fresh air and ability to disconnect from the internet actually gave me a lot of clarity and ability to heal. I met some amazing models and their beautiful attitudes were a welcome distraction to my personal life. Even with a broken heart, travel and creativity can do some mending. I love that I can look at these photos and know so much about what was happening in my life and think about it with positive reflection. I wonder if y'all see any of it in my body language.
