Important Notice for British Patrons

Today I received a sizeable stack of returned packages for patrons in Great Britain (and confusingly a single one from Dublin), requesting additional postage. I’m not sure what has changed in the last two months, but clearly something! I am setting aside this stack, as well as all of June’s rewards for British patrons, so that I can take them with me to the post office later this week and make sure I’m clear on what’s required for them. So if you did not receive your expected May delivery, it is very likely going to arrive concurrently with your June delivery later this month.
I am requesting that if you are a patron in Great Britain who DID receive your May delivery of Jessie & Gertrude’s bicycle suit dispute, please comment and let me know! It will help me do at least a little bit of accounting for the situation.
In general — and this applies to all patrons, though I assume only Brits are reading this far — if a delivery you expected to receive remains delinquent for longer than 6-8 weeks after I indicated that I sent it, please feel free to let me know that it didn’t arrive! I am happy to attempt to send out another or offer a partial refund. Once these envelopes leave my hands, I simply have to trust in the post offices and mail carriers of the world, and that’s as scary for me as it is for you.
