Added 2024-11-21 16:28:06 +0000 UTCI first wanted to make Shouto a black mage like Dabi, since they use ice and fire and it's perfect for the Todoroki, but in the end I think Shouto being a red mage make more sens!
Black magic is a forbidden magic that drain the land and the soul of the user, it's very dangerous.
In the FF lore there was a big war opposing black magic and white magic that resulted in a big cataclysm, there for both black and white magic are kind of prohibited now.
But red magic combine both black and white magic cancelling the bad effect these magic have on their own which I think, suits Shouto very much. 🙏
