I did say last week would be the final 3x5 Friday for the 2021 year, and me not quite being on top of just how fast the year has flown, I did not realize it was actually NYE! Hence, no post. (My family and I celebrate the seasonal festivities on NYE, including our traditional cake, the gift giving at midnight, etc, etc.)

I start a new journal/schedule/planner book, clean, get introspective and appropriately slowed down for the seasonal pace, and sort out my intentions, assess my habits and goals, and put in some much needed self-care time. I am a bit of a wind-up model when it comes to the beginning of a new year, frankly...
For today's fast 3x5", the focus is getting the bony landmarks and fleshy landmarks of the PELVIS right. Everything else follows that primary center point.
