Since we moved in, there have been leaks on rainy days. We've already notified the landlord and the rental site, and the tenant said they would fix it. They only came at the beginning of this week and said they fixed it, but that they broke two roof tiles, but that they put a cover up to prevent water from falling in. Today's rain wasn't even that heavy, But the accumulation of water + broken tile + whatever the real problem was, resulted in the collapse of the drywall roof. When it fell, I literally took four steps out of the room, and when I went to take a picture to send to the owner, I was caught by another part of the roof I wasn't badly hurt, but it could have been worse.

We've already spoken with the owner and we're going to start the process of canceling the contract without penalty.

I'm going back to work, but I'm moving my workspace to a ...drier part of the house...At least until we move from here, then I'll be back soon with work updates. Thank you to everyone who supported me during this situation.
