Andβ¦ I think Aaron has a humiliation thing π Heβs been suppressing himself for so long that being forced into situations that make him uncomfortable just does something for him, particularly when itβs things that Assassin makes him do. And it works very well for Assassin since heβs the βplayfully sadisticβ type. That being said, I donβt think they reach this point in their relationship until several years in since it would take a while for Aaron to admit that he enjoys this.

I mean, Aaron's flustered face is so cute. Who couldn't resist bullying him a little in an affectionate way? But this also gave me the big sads because it would probably make Assassin really happy? Aaron, stop hiding things and let the boy love you. But also be mean to you, in a consensual way. (Or not, if he's into that too?)
